Drive-In Disaster

Drive-In Disaster is a VR-based space shooter where my team created a game world based upon old arcade shooters such as Space Invaders and Galaga. During the four-month production, the team came up with the story where the player defends themselves in a drive-in from hostile alien ships.

I served as one of the 3D modelers on this project, and I ended up creating and texturing several props and two hero assets, being a 50s/60s Si-Fi base Gun and UFO. Also, I create a composition for the game, and I found inspiration when making it from the 50s/60s Si-Fi base movies and games. Also, I created the rotating pieces used on the Gun and UFO models.
